Title: Consumer Insights, Associate - Digital Solutions - P2

Location: Remote Canada

Reports To: Sr. Director, Digital Solutions 


**This is a 12-month limited term position**


The Role:  

You will help develop the analytics and data insights for J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction survey research-based business, particularly those that measure digital channel performance. Primary duties include: contributing to the research process, interpretation of survey data, and developing presentations that will help our clients improve their business. You will work with a team of Digital experts and business units from specific industries (e.g., auto, financial services, insurance).


The Impact You Will Have in This Role: 

You will conduct analysis of survey data to help clients improve customer satisfaction and drive business results. Since this role focuses on client digital channels, an interest in and enthusiasm for all things digital is critical.


What You'll Be Doing in This Role: 

You will be part of a 7-person Digital Solutions team. You are expected to be a self-starter who can work without close supervision and with other departments within the company’s matrix environment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey data to find insights that will help clients improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the authoring of reports, presentations, and conference content that focuses on actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for industry or specific clients which may leverage internal, client, or third-party data to enhance the value of insights.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership across industries.

 

Qualifications of this Role: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Preference for candidates with a focus on behavioral sciences (Psychology, Marketing, Economics, Political Science), Quantitative emphasis (e.g., statistics), or technology.
  • Strong data analytic skills—ability to analyze survey data, interpret survey results, and deliver insights.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for all things digital.
  • Able to articulate study findings in clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word).
