Un/e conseiller/conseillère clinique à la clientèle gère les clients qui font face à des situations urgentes ou de crise nécessitant une attention immédiate par téléphone ou par clavardage.
Prendre soin de nos clients signifie évaluer leurs besoins, évaluer les risques, contenir les crises, les soutenir dans des séances individuelles, et fournir les ressources nécessaires pour les guider dans leurs défis.

Responsabilités :

• Fournir des services de consultation pour gestionnaires ou de counseling/d’intervention par téléphone en cas de crise aux appelants et aux membres de leur famille qui appellent par l’entremise du PAEF de leur entreprise.

• Fournir immédiatement de l’assistance et du soutien aux clients qui demandent une intervention en cas de traumatisme ou de toute autre problématique en milieu de travail

• Répondre aux demandes de transfert des clients qui demandent à parler à un conseiller lors de leur premier appel de services

• Identifier la problématique actuelle et déterminer le niveau d’intervention approprié conformément aux bonnes pratiques cliniques

• Évaluer les besoins du client et lui offrir du counseling par téléphone, ou prendre rendez-vous avec un conseiller

Pour réussir en tant que conseiller/conseillère clinique à la clientèle bilingue, vous devrez posséder les qualifications et compétences de base suivantes :

• Maîtrise clinique complétée en travail social, sexologie, counseling clinique, psychologie clinique ou dans un autre domaine d'études cliniques ;

• Doit parler couramment le français et l'anglais.

• Solides compétences en évaluation des risques en ce qui concerne le bien-être et la sécurité de l’enfant, le suicide/l’automutilation, la consommation de substances, la violence conjugale, etc. ;

• Bon jugement clinique et compréhension de vos responsabilités en matière de confidentialité ;

• Solide éthique de travail et professionnalisme ;

• Capacités à travailler par téléphone et par clavardage ;

• Solides compétences en informatique et maîtrise des logiciels et applications actuels (tels que Microsoft Office) ;

• Capacité à s’adapter aux besoins changeants des clients et de l’organisation ;

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois au besoin ;

• Forte empathie et capacité d’écoute ;

• Flexibilité pour travailler par quarts de travail, les soirs et fins de semaines, etc., selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
