Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons des Conseillers bilingues, Télésolutions pour notre équipe grandissante!

Chez Intact, vous profiterez d'une formule de travail hybride qui vous permettra de concilier votre vie professionnelle et votre vie familiale (ou vos études)!  Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique où votre horaire de travail sera adapté en fonction de vos disponibilités et de nos besoins opérationnels.

Postes disponibles dès maintenant (dates d'entrée en poste flexibles).

Nous offrons des horaires à temps plein (35 h ou 40 h par semaine) ou à temps partiel (minimum de 21 h par semaine).

Nos heures d'ouverture :

- Du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 20 h (admissible à la prime de soir de 6 % pour les quarts se terminant à 19 h ou plus tard)

- Samedi, de 10 h à 16 h (les samedis seront obligatoires pour les horaires à temps partiel)

Ce poste hybride est disponible dans nos bureaux de Montréal (2020, Boul. Robert-Bourassa).

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Appeler des clients existants et potentiels pour sonder leur intérêt à discuter de leurs besoins en assurance, maintenant ou plus tard, avec un agent certifié.

• Établir des relations solides avec les clients pour les transférer à des agents certifiés dans les meilleurs délais.

• Promouvoir nos produits et services et être un fidèle ambassadeur de la marque.

• Prendre part à des projets au sein de votre équipe.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou son équivalence.

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire. Nécessite de faire des appels et de fournir une prestation de services à une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.

• Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et priorités dans un environnement souvent rapide.

• Excellente aptitude pour la communication et la persuasion.

• Esprit d'équipe.

• Capacité à s'adapter aux changements dans les produits, les services ou les politiques de l'entreprise.

• Dynamique et énergique.

• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
