About the role

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller.ère technique, Cautionnement – Indemnisation pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Analyser et traiter les différents types de réclamations et litiges relatifs aux cautionnements émis par Intact, dont les demandes de paiement ou les demandes d’intervention dans les dossiers impliquant des cautionnements d’entrepreneurs.
  • Gérer les interventions de la caution lorsque celle-ci est nécessaire en vertu du cautionnements émis, par exemple en cas d’insolvabilité de l’entrepreneur cautionné.
  • Coordonner les interventions de l’ensemble des collaborateurs clés (souscripteur, avocat, comptable, ingénieur, etc.) afin d’être bien épaulé dans la prise de décision.
  • Participer et mener des négociations associées aux problèmes concernant les cautionnements.
  • Élaborer et établir une stratégie pour minimiser les pertes, tout en respectant les obligations de la caution, y compris les aspects juridiques, techniques et comptables reliés au domaine de la construction.
  • Résoudre les problèmes de façon novatrice et créative.
  • Élaborer des analyses financières, évaluer les risques et établir des réserves tout au long des dossiers.
  • Participer à la gestion de dossiers de litige complexes.
  • Toutes tâches connexes.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Diplôme universitaire en droit, finances ou en ingénierie ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
  • Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution et conduire les changements si nécessaire.
  • Excellent esprit d’analyse et de prise de décision.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler avec les chiffres.
  • Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite.
  • Autonome avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Intégrité, respect de la confidentialité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la négociation.
  • Grande capacité de gestion des priorités.
  • Flexibilité avec les déplacements, selon les besoins.
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays. 
NOTE : Le niveau de rôle offert sera déterminé en fonction des compétences, de l’expérience et de l’éducation.
