Le(la) Conseiller(ère) stratégique senior en projets TI joue un rôle-clé d'alignement entre les orientations d'affaires de l'organisation et la transformation numérique/informatique. En tant qu'expert(e)-conseil, vous accompagnez les équipes de direction et les parties prenantes clés dans la définition, la gouvernance et le pilotage des initiatives technologiques majeures. Vous apportez une vision stratégique globale pour maximiser la valeur d'affaires générée par les investissements TI.

Responsabilités

Orientations et conseil stratégique : 

  • Évaluer la maturité technologique et analyser les besoins d'affaires pour formuler des recommandations stratégiques à haut niveau;

  • Élaborer des dossiers d'affaires (business cases), des analyses d'impact et des feuilles de route (roadmaps) de transformation TI;

  • Conseiller la haute direction sur le choix de architectures, des solutions technologiques et la gestion des risques. 

Gouvernance et gestion de portefeuille de projets : 

  • Définir et faire évoluer les cadres de gouvernance des projets stratégiques TI;

  • Prioriser les initiatives technologiques selon leur ROI, leurs risques et la capacité d'absorption de l'organisation;

  • Assurer le suivi stratégique des grands indicateurs de performance (KPI) et de la livraison de la valeur. 

Gestion du changement et accompagnement : 

  • Élaborer et superviser la stratégie de gestion du changement auprès des unités d'affaires concernées;

  • Agir comme catalyseur de la transformation numérique en mobilisant les équipes autour des visions technologiques;

  • Faciliter les ateliers stratégiques, les comités de pilotage et la résolution de conflits à haut niveau. 

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en informatique, génie logiciel, gestion des systèmes d'information (GSI) ou administration des affaires (MBA un atout);

  • Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en TI, dont au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de conseil stratégique ou de direction de programmes/portefeuilles d'envergure;

  • Expérience démontrée dans la conduite de projets de transformation numérique complexes;

  • Solide maîtrise des cadres de gestion de projet et de gouvernance (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, PMI/PMP, TOGAF, ITIL);

  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux technologiques modernes (Cloud, architecture d'entreprise, sécurité, données);

  • Capacité éprouvée à rédiger des dossiers d'affaires rigoureux et à mesurer la création de valeur;

  • Excellent leadership d'influence et capacités de négociation;

  • Esprit d'analyse aiguisé, vision systémique et posture axée sur la résolution de problèmes;

  • Excellente communication en français (orale et écrite) vulgarisant facilement les concepts complexes aux décideurs non technologiques.
