Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste SAP RH pour intervenir sur les activités de support, d’évolution et de mise en œuvre des solutions SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et/ou SAP HCM. La personne contribuera à l’optimisation des processus RH, au maintien des solutions existantes et à la réalisation de projets de transformation RH.

Nous recherchons une personne orientée client, capable d'intervenir à la fois en support opérationnel et en projet, possédant une excellente compréhension des processus RH et capable d'agir comme référence fonctionnelle SAP RH.

ResponsabilitésSupport applicatif
  • Assurer le support de niveau 2 et 3 des solutions SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et/ou SAP HCM;

  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels;

  • Assurer le traitement des demandes de service et des améliorations;

  • Accompagner les utilisateurs RH et les équipes de soutien.

Projets et évolutions
  • Participer aux ateliers de collecte et d'analyse des besoins;

  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles;

  • Configurer et paramétrer les modules SAP RH;

  • Participer aux activités de migration, de déploiement et d’hypercare;

  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, intégration et sécurité.

Tests et qualité
  • Préparer les scénarios de tests fonctionnels;

  • Réaliser les tests unitaires et soutenir les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT);

  • Assurer la qualité des livrables et la conformité des processus RH.

Documentation et gouvernance
  • Produire la documentation fonctionnelle et les procédures utilisateur;

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH;

  • Participer aux comités de suivi et à la gestion des priorités.

QualificationsExpérience
  • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience sur SAP RH;

  • Expérience significative en SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et/ou SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll ou modules connexes);

  • Expérience en support applicatif, maintenance évolutive ou projets d'implantation;

  • Participation à au moins un projet complet d’implantation ou de transformation RH;

  • Bonne compréhension des processus RH : Administration du personnel, Structure organisationnelle, Gestion des mouvements d'employés, Recrutement et intégration, Gestion des absences et du temps, Paie (atout);

  • Connaissance des intégrations entre SAP HCM, Employee Central et systèmes tiers;

  • Expérience en configuration et en paramétrage des modules RH;

  • Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;

  • Bonnes aptitudes de communication avec les équipes RH et TI;

  • Autonomie et sens du service client;

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;

  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.

Atouts
  • Certification SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central;

  • Expérience avec Employee Central Payroll (ECP);

  • Connaissance de SAP Integration Suite / CPI;

  • Expérience dans un environnement AMS ou de services-conseils.
