Purpose and Impact

  

  

Relevant de la spécialiste en santé et sécurité au travail, le ou la conseiller·ère en SST soutient la mise en œuvre des programmes et des activités de santé et sécurité au travail (SST) au Québec, avec un accent particulier sur le département de la logistique. Veuillez noter : il s’agit d’un poste hybride offrant la possibilité de travailler de la maison 1 à 2 jours par semaine. Le ou la candidate peut être basé(e) à RDP, Laval ou Chambly, avec l’obligation de se rendre au bureau de RDP trois fois par semaine.

Responsabilités

Soutien opérationnel en santé et sécurité

  • Assurer le suivi des inspections, des audits, des formations, etc.
  • Offrir l’orientation SST aux nouveaux employés.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance en SST (statistiques, tableaux de bord, etc.).
  • Coordonner les activités du comité SST: planification, compilation des inspections, animation et rédaction des comptes-rendus.
  • Fournir les outils et les supports de communication SST pour tous les sites.
  • Identifier les dangers, analyser les risques et développer les plans d’action.
  • Planifier et réaliser les exercices de préparation aux situations d’urgence.
  • Gérer divers projets spéciaux liés à la SST.
  • Assurer la conformité des programmes SST.
  • Contribuer au développement du plan stratégique SST pour le Québec, particulièrement en logistique, et suivre l’avancement des actions.
  • Diriger l’application des programmes SST dans les entrepôts satellites.
  • Offrir un soutien administratif à la spécialiste en SST.
     

Gestion des indemnisations et retours au travail

  • Gérer les dossiers d’indemnisation et de retour au travail, incluant la préparation et l’envoi des documents requis par la CNESST.
  • Maintenir une communication régulière avec les professionnels de santé, les employés blessés et la direction.
  • Collaborer avec la spécialiste en SST et la spécialiste des programmes de santé, d’invalidité et de mieux-être pour élaborer et suivre les plans de retour au travail.

Exigences

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Études postsecondaires pertinentes (logistique, exploitation, administration des entrepôts et de la distribution ou SST).
  • Connaissance de la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité du travail et formation en identification, évaluation et contrôle des risques.
  • Expérience avec des organismes gouvernementaux (ex. CNESST), un atout.
  • Expérience en milieu syndiqué, un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, capacité d’influence, approche terrain, etc.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, dont Microsoft Office; excellente maîtrise d’Excel requise.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est considérée comme un atout pour communiquer avec l’équipe nationale.
  • Capacité à adopter des comportements cohérents avec les valeurs de l’entreprise.

Conditions de travail

  • La majorité du travail s’effectue dans un environnement de bureau, avec des déplacements ponctuels sur les sites.
