Le conseiller en gestion du changement sera appelé à soutenir le TAL en accomplissant divers travaux d’analyse et techniques de nature complexe.
• Recueillir et analyser les besoins et les impacts en lien avec le changement ;
• Évaluer les options et recommander les solutions à mettre en oeuvre ;
• Évaluer les efforts, les activités à réaliser et le calendrier de livraison ;
• Définir et mettre en oeuvre les stratégies de déploiement, de communication et de gestion du changement ;
• Faire des présentations et rendre compte de l’avancement des projets aux différentes instances ;
• Collaborer au développement des services offerts par l’équipe ;
• Appuyer le directeur TI dans toutes tâches connexes.

Profil
• Détenir un baccalauréat en informatique, en administration OU dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par le ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur ou l’équivalent ;
• Posséder un minimum de huit (8) années d’expérience dans le domaine des TI en développement OU en entretien OU en évolution de systèmes, dont au moins cinq (5) années à titre d’architecte d’affaires ;
• Au cours des cinq (5) dernières années, avoir réalisé, à titre d’architecte d’affaires, au moins un (1) mandat d’une envergure d’au moins 440 jours/personne OU deux (2) mandats d’une envergure d’au moins 220 jours/personne, dans un contexte de développement OU d’évolution de systèmes.
