L’équipe Conformité – Solutions d’assurance collective souhaite vous rencontrer ! Nous recherchons un Conseiller en conformité afin de rejoindre notre dynamique équipe.

Ce que vous accomplirez avec nous

En tant que Conseiller(ère) en conformité, vous serez au cœur de notre mission.

Voici les principales responsabilités :

  • Collaborer aux projets stratégiques du Secteur;

  • Participer au déploiement des programmes de conformité corporatifs;

  • Répondre aux différentes demandes de support sur des questions légales et réglementaires en provenance des partenaires du secteur;

  • Réviser la documentation afférente aux différents produits et services offerts, de même que diverses ententes contractuelles;

  • Effectuer la vigie législative du Secteur, déterminer les impacts sur les opérations quotidiennes et communiquer les changements requis aux partenaires.

Ce qui pourrait accélérer votre succès dans ce poste

Nous cherchons une personne qui :

  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire

  • Membre du Barreau*

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en Droit

  • Connaissances des régimes d’assurance collective (atout important)

  • Connaissances de la législation en matière de protection des renseignements personnels (un atout)

  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de l'anglais, car le ou la candidat(e) devra communiquer quotidiennement avec des clients et des partenaires anglophones partout au Canada, par e-mail et par téléphone
