Description du poste

Le(La) Conseiller(ère) en amélioration continue (Lean Six Sigma) ceinture noire contribuera au développement d’une culture d’amélioration continue basée sur une approche Lean et soutient l’atteinte des objectifs organisationnels.

Responsabilités

  • Accompagner l’organisation dans la définition et le déploiement d’une stratégie en gestion par processus et amélioration continue;

  • Accompagner les analystes d’affaires dans l’optimisation des processus et l’application concrète des orientations organisationnelles en matière de gestion par processus et amélioration continue;

  • Accompagner les équipes dans la définition du problème, l’analyse des données, l’identification des gaspillages, des pistes d’optimisation et des mesures de performance à mettre en place pour accroitre l’efficience et livrer de la valeur dans le cadre de projets d’amélioration continue plus complexes;

  • Accompagner l’équipe de gestion dans la compréhension de leurs processus pour en favoriser l’utilisation afin de mesurer et contrôler la performance;

  • Contribuer à l’organisation, à la planification et à la coordination d’une offre de service qui favorisent l’accès, l’efficience, le capital humain et la qualité des services dispensés;

  • Contribuer à la dispensation de formations au besoin.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente de niveau ceinture noire dans l’optimisation de processus d’affaires comprenant au moins deux (2) mandats de nature stratégique;

  • Détenir la Certification Ceinture Noire / Lean Six Sigma;

  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en supervision de conseiller en amélioration continue ayant une Certification Ceinture Verte / Lean Six Sigma.
