Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans la grande région métropolitaine, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en acquisition de talents TI pour venir renforcer notre équipe déjà en place.

Responsabilités

Principales responsabilités : trouver les meilleurs talents, où qu’ils soient!

  • Rechercher et présélectionner des candidats tout en respectant les étapes du processus de recrutement en place;

  • Recruter de façon proactive tout en développant et maintenant un important réseau de candidats potentiels;

  • Participer à divers événements de recrutement (salons, recrutement sur campus, événements en ligne, etc.);

  • Participer au développement et à l’amélioration continue de nos méthodes et outils de recrutement;

  • Participation à des projets RH transverses (formation, rémunération, intégration des employés, etc.).

Qualifications

  • De trois (3) à cinq (5) années d’expérience en recrutement TI, idéalement dans la grande région montréalaise;

  • Contribuer en recrutant activement les meilleurs talents au quotidien, mais aimer partager son expertise avec l’équipe afin de faciliter la montée en compétence des recruteurs juniors, tout en collaborant également avec les recruteurs chevronnés de l’équipe;

  • Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la transformation numérique/TI, un domaine absolument fascinant qui évolue à vitesse grand V;

  • Attitude positive : on se réjouit de nos succès d’équipe.  On apprend de nos difficultés communes ou individuelles, et on en profite pour s’encourager;

  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrites comme orales en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec;

  • Maîtrise de l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux;

  • Capacité à travailler avec des délais serrés;
