About the role

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Conseiller en rémunération et conditions d’emploi pour se joindre à notre équipe nationale des ressources humaines. Vous agirez à titre de personne ressource et offrirez des conseils et du soutien en ce qui trait à la rémunération, aux principes directeurs et à l’interprétation des politiques liées à la rémunération globale, ainsi qu’aux conditions d’emploi. Vous contribuerez à la révision, à l’amélioration et au maintien des politiques et programmes liés à la rémunération globale et aux conditions d’emploi.

Voici quelques-unes des façons dont vous ferez avancer les choses:

  • Offrir du support conseil en matière de rémunération et conditions d’emploi.

  • Procéder à l'analyse de coûts et d’impacts de nouvelles initiatives en rémunération globale et conditions d’emploi, en travaillant étroitement avec les membres de la communauté RH, des services juridiques ou d’autres unités d’affaires.

  • Participer à la maintenance de la structure de rémunération dans le système RH.

  • Proposer des améliorations basées sur les meilleures pratiques du marché, participer à la révision ou au développement de politiques et de programmes et en assurer le déploiement.

  • Développer des aides à la tâche, des outils et des formations ou du matériel d’information. Animer des sessions de formation ou d’information.

  • Participer à l’administration des opérations régulières de l’équipe de rémunération (audits annuels, enquêtes de rémunération et conditions d’emploi, etc.)

  • Participer à des projets spéciaux.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit: 

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en droit ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente (un atout)

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en rémunération ou en ressources humaines 

  • Excellentes habiletés en communication verbale et écrite

  • Pragmatisme, sens de l’organisation du travail et orientation vers les résultats

  • Rigueur et souci du détail

  • Habileté pour la résolution de problèmes complexes

  • Professionnalisme et grande discrétion

  • Connaissance de Workday (atout)

  • Connaissance approfondie de la Suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel

  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais). Vous interagirez régulièrement avec des collègues de partout au pays

  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
