La division « bureau, commercial & industriel » du bureau de Montréal recherche un(e) évaluateur(trice) agréé(e) ayant un minimum d’un à deux ans d’expérience pour assister l’équipe dans une grande variété de tâches, telles que la préparation de rapports d’expertise en évaluation (valeur marchande) et vérification diligente.

Résumé du poste:

La division « bureau, commercial & industriel » du bureau de Montréal recherche un(e) évaluateur(trice) agréé(e) ayant un minimum d’un à deux ans d’expérience pour assister l’équipe dans une grande variété de tâches, telles que la préparation de rapports d’expertise en évaluation (valeur marchande) et vérification diligente.

Responsabilités clés:

  • Préparer des rapports d’évaluation rigoureux en utilisant les données de marché les plus récentes.

  • Développer des prévisions de flux monétaires avec des logiciels spécialisés (Argus, Excel, etc.).

  • Assurer l’exactitude et la rapidité de l’entrée de données dans la base interne.

  • Maintenir à jour ses connaissances du marché et des tendances de l’industrie.

  • Gérer et développer les relations clients afin de favoriser le renouvellement de contrats et la croissance des services.

  • Assurer une communication continue avec les clients et résoudre efficacement leurs problèmes.

  • Encadrer, former et conseiller les analystes et analystes principaux.

  • Développer des réseaux internes pour favoriser le partage d’informations et la vente de services complémentaires.

  • Livrer un service de haute qualité aux clients internes et externes.

    Gérer et organiser des projets en respectant délais et priorités.

Compétences clés:

  • Excellentes habiletés en modélisation financière (Excel, Argus).

  • Solides compétences en recherche, analyse quantitative et interprétation de données.

  • Très bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et en communication en français et anglais (raports d’évaluation et de consultation).

  • Expertise en évaluation immobilière et services-conseils.

  • Expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans le domaine de l’évaluation ou expérience similaire (travail pour la municipalité, pour un notaire ou dans l'immobilier).

  • DEC en évaluation ou équivalent en termes d’expérience.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec sens de l’initiative.

  • Compétences en gestion de projet, planification et organisation.
