Configuration Analyst, Murex Front Office Specialist

The Capital Markets Operations Department is developing rapidly and working on innovative initiatives as part of its modernization. • Actively contribute to change requests on the Murex financial software package (analysis, configuration and development) based on the business needs gathered from the front-, middle- and back-office sectors

• Participate in functional configurations, verifications and tests for implementing solutions in Murex related to e-Tradepad, Viewer and Datamart modules.

• Develop scripts around Murex (control, integration, etc.)

• Carry out unit and integrated testing and support users during acceptance testing

• Support users during rollouts, including training and change management activities

• Comply with the standards in effect for all activities in the delivery cycle (from analysis to rollout)

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

• A minimum of six years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Knowledge of French is required

• Expertise in the portfolio management or brokerage sector

• Expertise in e-Tradepad, Viewer and Datamart modules.

• Significant expertise with Murex or any other equivalent financial software package

• Expertise in developing Murex workflows (xml, xsl, Xpath, etc.)

• Proficiency in Murex version 3.1

• Knowledge of Front Office, Operations and accounting sectors (order management, trade booking, PL monitoring, regulations, inventory management, reconciliations, etc.)

• Knowledge of the Unix environment, including shell command language and Python

• Knowledge of SQL and the Murex data model

• Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, cash products
