The Senior Communications Specialist will design, develop, and deliver training and communication materials to facilitate user adoption of regulatory systems.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Communications Specialist / Training Specialist to support a large-scale Digital Regulatory Assurance initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning and communication materials that support user adoption of enterprise regulatory systems and business processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience In Developing user training materials and technical documentation
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience In Creating enterprise learning resources for systems, applications, or business processes
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience In Delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams or similar web-based platforms
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience In Managing multiple assignments and working under strict timelines
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience In Supporting enterprise-wide training and user adoption initiatives
