Reporting to the Team Lead, Video Production, you will work with copywriters, producers and creative project managers, serving as the primary point of contact and go-to resource for the team.


In this role, you will collaborate with the Creative & Brand department’s production teams and post-production staff to plan requirements for advertising and promotional shoots. You will liaise with external production companies to gather all necessary assets and information, while efficiently responding to requests and proposing solutions to keep projects on time and on budget.


Taks:

  • Develop creative production projects and co-ordinate all necessary details, including client requirements, cost estimates, vendor bidding, timelines and stakeholder availability. Secure required approvals across all phases of projects.
  • Partner with producers and digital editors to orchestrate advertising and promotional shoots, delivering compelling, high-impact projects that achieve target goals.
  • Co-ordinate a wide variety of projects, ensuring overall quality and adherence to brand standards, deadlines, budgets and technical requirements. Address issues with team members, recommend alternative solutions and report on progress or scope changes.
  • Advise management in internal client departments on project feasibility, implementation and overall progress.
  • Negotiate project costs, deadlines and contractual terms with suppliers. Research external vendor options to ensure the Corporation engages qualified suppliers capable of meeting project needs, recommending adjustments where necessary.
  • Complete the appropriate forms and documents; prepare the necessary correspondence and reports based on available information, following up as required.
  • Familiarize other people with their jobs by explaining your own duties.

This is a hybrid role blending in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

Your profile:


Qualifications:

  • Completion of a college-level program (e.g., DEC, technical diploma, community college diploma) or equivalent.
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience performing similar or related duties.

Skills: 

  • Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of advertising production and post-production stages (asset).
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Excellent stress and priority management.
