We are seeking a communications intern to help manage internal and external communications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and actively participate in managing communications in a dynamic environment.  

Responsibilities

· Participate in the development of communication plans, including strategy, content and reports.

· Write texts, messages, articles, social media content, or any other communication documents related to employee communications.

· Follow up on the translation of these documents with external providers.

· Participate in the organization of events, including employee meetings and conferences.

· Ensure the online posting of content on our intranet.

· Collect and compile relevant statistics on the performance of our communications.

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a degree in communications.

· Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in digital communication tools, including social media, intranet and content management platforms.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy .

· Creative approach to communication and content development.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
