We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications & Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines creativity with strategy, requiring a strong grasp of both visual design principles and effective communication techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive communication strategies while delivering visually compelling designs across multiple channels, including digital, print, social, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement external communication plans that align with Valnet goals and brand voice.
  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling content for newsletters, websites, social media, press releases, blog posts, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic messaging, change communications, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies using analytics and feedback.
  • Create visually engaging designs for digital materials including email templates, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and reports.
  • Ensure all visual materials maintain brand consistency and follow established style guides.
  • Collaborate closely with associated brands and various departments.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the brand’s visual assets and design systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a communications or design role.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing both writing samples and visual design work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to tell a story visually and verbally.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in branding and corporate identity design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with internal communications platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics.

Spécialiste en Communication et Design

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Communication et Design talentueux et attentif aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste allie créativité et stratégie, nécessitant une solide maîtrise des principes de design visuel et des techniques de communication efficaces. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies de communication cohérentes tout en fournissant des designs visuellement percutants sur plusieurs canaux, y compris le numérique, l’imprimé, les médias sociaux et la communication interne.

Responsabilités principales

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication externe en accord avec les objectifs et la voix de marque de Valnet.
  • Rédiger, éditer et relire du contenu attrayant pour les infolettres, sites web, médias sociaux, communiqués de presse, articles de blog, présentations, etc.
  • Collaborer avec la direction et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour soutenir les messages stratégiques, les communications de changement, les lancements de produits et les initiatives marketing.
  • Surveiller et mesurer l'efficacité des stratégies de communication à l’aide d’analyses et de retours d’information.
  • Créer des designs visuellement attrayants pour des supports numériques tels que des modèles d'e-mails, des graphiques pour les réseaux sociaux, des présentations, des infographies et des rapports.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les supports visuels soient conformes à l'identité de la marque et respectent les guides de style établis.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les marques associées et les différents départements.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets de design simultanément tout en respectant des délais serrés.
  • Aider à maintenir et à mettre à jour les actifs visuels de la marque et les systèmes de design.

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en communication, design graphique, marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un rôle de communication ou de design.
  • Portfolio démontrant à la fois des exemples d’écriture et des travaux de design visuel.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de design tels que Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) et/ou Canva, Figma ou équivalent.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu, les plateformes d'e-mail (ex. : Mailchimp) et les outils de médias sociaux.
  • Grand sens du détail, créativité et capacité à raconter une histoire à la fois visuellement et verbalement.
  • À l’aise pour travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Expérience en conception d’identité de marque et design corporatif.
  • Connaissances en HTML/CSS et en montage vidéo de base.
  • Familiarité avec les plateformes de communication interne.
  • Compréhension des bases du SEO et du marketing numérique.
