Under the supervision of the Director of Communications and Public Affairs, you play a key role within the communications department by supporting Sanimax's strategy in North America and, when needed, collaborating with teams in Latin America. You help increase employee engagement and keep them informed through creative and impactful content. You are also responsible for the logistical management and coordination of the biannual tours of our CEO and our Senior Vice President in Canada, as well as their smooth execution in the United States, in addition to supporting various communications initiatives and events.

Content creation and internal communications

  • Write, produce, and distribute various internal communications.

  • Maintain a monthly editorial calendar and ensure the vitality of the internal communications platform.

  • Roll out initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement.

  • Maintain and enrich the organization’s promotional materials.

  • Participate in the coordination and follow-up of photo and video projects.

  • Collaborate with the Director and the Communications Manager in conceptualizing content aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Meet monthly with the Customer Success Manager of the internal communications platform to explore new features and share needs or challenges.

Governance of the internal platform, display screens (TV), and ticketing service

  • Ensure the relevance, quality, and compliance of published content.

  • Ensure compliance with established communication standards.

  • Train and support new platform administrators.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), produce monthly reports, and make recommendations for our internal communications platform.

  • Manage the ticketing service: distribute, follow up on requests, and produce a monthly report on them.

Events and coordination

  • Plan and manage all logistics for the biannual tours of the CEO and Senior Vice President in Canada, as well as their coordination in the United States.

  • Structure and improve event organization processes to optimize the management of internal communications events and initiatives.

This list is not exhaustive. Other responsibilities may be added as needed.

Required skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).

  • Ability to adapt messages to various audiences (employees, management, media, partners, etc.)

  • Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Collaborative approach and team spirit

  • Proficiency in digital tools (Canva) and communication platforms

  • Organizational skills, effective time and priority management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Communications and/or Marketing or another combination of training and experience deemed relevant

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in a complex or international environment.

  • Strong writing experience.
