The Global Communications and Public Relations team has expertise in various communication and marketing fields: from messaging to visuals, from strategy to design, branding, and video production.


Through communication strategy, tactical implementation, and the development of tools and platforms, the team ensures the visibility of projects and the company within specific industries and markets. Our team contributes to defining and expressing who Moment Factory is and what we offer. The Global Communications and Public Relations team develops and implements communication, marketing, and public relations initiatives tailored to Moment Factory’s growth and positioning needs. Its goal is to enhance the company’s image and brand recognition.



YOUR MISSION


As a Communications Advisor, you will contribute to the development of the annual B2B communications plan in alignment with strategic priorities. You will organize specific communication initiatives based on the needs identified by the Director of Global Communications and Public Relations, the Communications Team Lead, and Business Development Managers.


You will play a key role in the development and management of communications for the Custom Experiences division, implementing tailored initiatives and evaluating their results. Your areas of focus will include strategic communication, project management, and B2B communication activities, including the development of communications and marketing tools in collaboration with your team members.


You will also help execute communication actions for positioning and brand awareness efforts related to Custom Experiences, as well as overarching communication strategies, both locally and worldwide. Additionally, you will ensure strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by fostering smooth collaboration and identifying communication needs at different project stages.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the Global Communications and Public Relations team to contribute to annual communication strategies, including targeted actions for Custom Experiences and broader company initiatives.
  • Plan and enhance the visibility of Custom Experiences projects; support the planning of targeted actions related to Custom Experiences projects (PR, conferences, award submissions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Custom Experiences business unit leaders to develop communication strategies and implement campaigns and initiatives for various projects.
  • Work with graphic designers, external vendors, clients, documentation leads, and social media managers to create communication tools and content to position and promote Custom Experiences initiatives and business solutions.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications (or equivalent).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Manager (or equivalent).
  • Experience in B2B communication.
  • Experience in communication, marketing, and public relations project management.
  • Knowledge of multimedia, entertainment, tourism, museums, and architecture markets (Canada and international) is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (you will communicate in English with internal and external collaborators).
  • Strong professional ethics.
  • Knowledge and / or  interest in the AI field.
