Job Description:

This position is an administrative support role for Commissions and Payroll. To be successful in this role, you must have good organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented.

Main accountabilities:

  • Reassign emails through our database inboxes

  • Process cheque deposits and bill payments

  • Process agent of record changes, client requests, contracting reviews and terminations

  • Run and upload reports

  • Send commission statements to advisors

Competencies:

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.

  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize

  • Must excel at multi-tasking

  • Strong time management skills

  • Service oriented - high degree of customer focus skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Takes accountability

  • Analytical thinking

  • Adaptability and flexibility are key to the success in this role

  • PC knowledge and keyboarding skills.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.  It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.  In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.  Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
