Ce que vous ferez- Étiquetage et emballage des lots selon les priorités de la journée
- Préparation des commandes pour le transport (priorisation afin d’éviter tout retard d'expédition)
- Préparer et organiser les envois, incluant les voyages de lots et l’emballage des commandes internes
- Emballer les commandes, monter les palettes et créer les étiquettes d’expédition ainsi que les documents de douane (en fonction de l’ordre d’arrivée des transporteurs)
- Préparer les documents d’expédition pour les retours (barils vides, pièces à réparer), selon les exigences — hazmat, fiches signalétiques, etc.
- Être présent lors de l’arrivée du transport afin de remettre la marchandise
- Assurer la coordination du transport interne et externe
- Gérer et renouveler les fournitures d’expédition
- Étiquetage et emballage des lots selon les priorités de la journée
- Support au département d'expédition au besoin : transport de lots, emballage de commandes et tâches connexes.
- Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités
- Grande autonomie et sens de l’initiative
- Bonne connaissance informatique (SAP, logiciels de transport ou autre : un atout)
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
- Minutie, précision et souci du détail
- Expérience en expédition/réception (atout)
- Capacité à opérer un transpalette (formation sur place au besoin)

Hands‑On Logistics Role in a World‑Class Semiconductor Facility

What you’ll do- Label and package production lots based on daily priorities
- Prepare orders for transportation, prioritizing shipments to avoid delays
- Prepare and organize shipments, including lot transfers and internal order packaging
- Package orders, build pallets, and create shipping labels and customs documentation according to carrier arrival order
- Prepare shipping documentation for returns (empty drums, parts for repair), in compliance with requirements such as hazardous materials and safety data sheets
- Be present when carriers arrive to release and hand over shipments
- Coordinate internal and external transportation
- Manage and replenish shipping supplies
- Provide support to the shipping department as needed, including moving lots, packing orders, and related tasks
- Excellent organization and priority‑management skills
- High level of autonomy and initiative
- Good computer skills (SAP, transportation software, or similar – an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
- Experience in shipping/receiving (an asset)
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (training provided if needed)
