- S’assurer de l’exactitude des feuilles de temps et effectuer les modifications nécessaires dans le système;
- Coordonner la préparation et le traitement de la paie pour 400 employés;
VOS COMPÉTENCES ET VOS TALENTS QUI VOUS PERMETTRONT DE VOUS RÉALISER PLEINEMENT
- Être à l’aise à travailler sous pression, avec un gros volume de paie à traiter;
- Haut niveau de précision, souci du détail;
- Connaissance du secteur de la construction syndiqué CCQ, sera considéré comme un atout important;
- Expérience pertinente à la paie (atout);
- Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook );
