English fluency is mandatory, Norwegian is a plus.
High analytical proficiency in Excel.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Own and drive key elements of our financial planning and performance management cycle, including monthly Internal Business Planning (IBP), Annual Contract planning, forecasting, and financial reporting & analysis
- Lead period-end close activities, including trade spend accruals, provisions, and data integrity checks
- Use our core finance systems, including SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Essbase, and Excel-based reporting tools to submit, validate, and analyse financial data
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring full adherence to Mondelēz policies and external regulations
- Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, driving efficiencies to our ways of working
- Act as a finance business partner, collaborating with Marketing on brand profitability, Sales Operations on trade deal management, and Key Account Managers on delivering commercial targets
What you will bring

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring, with high proficiency in Excel.
