About this role

Omniscient Digital is growing quickly, and we deeply believe in our commitment never to compromise content quality. That doesn’t stop at the writing—it extends to how our content is published, formatted, and optimized for performance across client websites.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented CMS Content Upload Specialist to help us deliver high-quality, polished content for multiple clients. • Apply proper formatting, internal and external linking, and metadata to align with SEO best practices and client style guides

  • Manage publishing schedules according to client content calendars

  • Optimize images for web performance (compression, resizing, responsive formats) while maintaining visual quality

  • Add appropriate image alt text, titles, and captions to ensure accessibility and SEO compliance

  • Follow established client file naming and tagging conventions for digital asset management

  • Conduct QA checks for formatting, broken links, and mobile responsiveness before and after publishing

  • Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and escalate when needed

  • Collaborate with editorial leads, editors, designers, organic growth strategists, and project managers to execute content uploads on time

  • Implement structured data, schema, and other on-page SEO best practices as requested

Job Qualifications and Technical Skill Sets:
  • 1–3 years of experience in content management, web publishing, or a related role

  • Hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms (WordPress strongly preferred; HubSpot, Webflow, or Drupal a plus)

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards

  • Proficiency with image editing/optimization tools (Photoshop, Canva, TinyPNG, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all uploads

Other Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console for post-publish checks

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude—you welcome feedback and are eager to improve processes and output
