Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case and business process analysis, detailed design, documentation, and development of clinical deliverables for inpatient medicine. The role collaborates with clinical stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and healthcare professionals during a large-scale acute-care CIS or EHR implementation.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst – Clinical Documentation to support a major provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation in New Brunswick.
The program is focused on transitioning from multiple standalone hospital information systems to a unified, standardized, and integrated CIS across the province. The successful candidate will support the standardization and implementation of clinical documentation practices, workflows, templates, and clinical content used by physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Clinical Informatics, Clinical Documentation, Inpatient Medicine, Acute Care, and EHR/CIS implementations.
