Client Success Manager (CSM)

📍 Remote, US-Based (Preference for San Francisco / Bay Area)

Reports to: Head of Client Success

The difference you’ll make:

At Midi Health, we’re building the leading virtual care clinic for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges—and we’re growing fast.

We’re onboarding approximately 1,000 new patients every day and conducting 30,000 virtual visits per week, while partnering with leading health plans, employers, and health systems to make comprehensive midlife care accessible at scale.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to own our employer partner relationships end to end. Reporting to our Head of Client Success, you will lead work across implementation, onboarding, and ongoing account management. You’ll serve as the primary operational and strategic bridge between Midi and our employer partners—ensuring flawless go-lives, driving member utilization, and translating clinical traction into long-term partner success.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead seamless implementations. Own implementation planning, timelines, and risk management. Coordinate cross-functionally across ops, clinical, billing, marketing, and analytics to execute go-live milestones (landing pages, referral setups, network configurations) with zero detail spared.

  • Drive high-impact onboarding. Establish launch strategies, content hubs, and engagement campaigns. Partner with external HR and benefits teams to execute launch events and webinars that build immediate member awareness and activation.

  • Own ongoing employer relationships. Act as the strategic account owner for a portfolio of employer partners, consultants, and carriers. Lead regular business reviews, manage recurring operational workflows, and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and utilization growth.

  • Master cross-functional execution & escalations. Serve as the central point of contact for external issues—resolving escalations end-to-end with speed, clear internal communication, and sound judgment.

  • Turn insights into action. Package engagement data, claims insights, and reporting into clear narratives for partner stakeholders, turning complex health metrics into actionable plans for open enrollment and benefits seasons.

Who you are:

  • Proven partner lead. You bring 4–7+ years of experience in client success, account management, implementation, or partner operations within a fast-paced environment.

  • Healthcare & benefits savvy. You have experience in digital health, employer benefits, payer/provider environments, or regulated healthcare spaces. Experience navigating carrier, consultant, or credentialing dynamics is a major plus.

  • Flawless project manager. You possess exceptional organizational habits and high attention to detail, easily balancing daily execution across multi-threaded partner workstreams without dropping the ball.

  • Clear, executive-ready communicator. You excel at drafting stakeholder-ready updates, leading client business reviews, and translating data/insights for HR leaders and benefits decision-makers.

  • Proactive problem solver. You move seamlessly between ground-level execution and strategic account planning, identifying portfolio trends early to resolve friction before it hits the partner.

  • Thrive in high growth. You are self-directed, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by setting operational standards in a rapidly scaling business.

  • Mission-driven. You’re passionate about closing the gap in women’s healthcare and eager to help Midi scale its impact.

Why you’ll love working at Midi:

  • Build a category-defining company transforming how healthcare serves women in midlife.

  • Directly impact the experience of thousands of members by ensuring their employers are fully engaged and supported.

  • Join at a pivotal moment of rapid market expansion with top-tier healthcare partners.

  • Work with a mission-driven, high-ownership team that moves quickly and cares deeply about the patients and partners we serve.

We’re backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Semper Virens, and Emerson Collective, trusted by leading health plans and employers, and growing rapidly to meet nationwide demand.

Our mission is simple: change the way healthcare serves women—because women deserve better.

The salary for this role is $85,000 -$125,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits.
