About the Role

We are hiring a Client Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day social operations of a major US entertainment client.

Reporting to the Account Manager on the account, you will coordinate the operating rhythm behind the work: content approvals, stakeholder follow-up, meeting preparation, campaign project management, file organisation, episode deliveries, social-account access, and cross-workstream status visibility.

This is not passive administration. The role is about making complex work visible, organised, and dependable. You will know what is moving, what is waiting for approval, who owns the next step, where the latest file lives, and when a blocker needs to be escalated.

You will work across a high volume of moving parts and stakeholders, helping Storm and the client stay aligned as content, campaigns, meetings, approvals, assets, and access requirements move forward.

A significant part of the role is follow-through. You will be expected to chase inputs, maintain accurate trackers, capture decisions clearly, surface risks early, and make sure agreed actions actually happen.

If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving work involving lots of people, deadlines, systems, and dependencies, this role will suit you well.

About Storm Ideas

Founded in 2008, Storm Ideas is an international team working with globally recognised clients, particularly across the US TV and entertainment industry.

Our work sits at the intersection of media, technology, creativity, and operations. We produce social content at scale, support major entertainment brands, build products, and keep improving how our teams work.

We are a remote-first, fast-moving company with established clients, an international team, and a strong appetite for better tools, better systems, and better ways of working.

We use modern technology, including carefully selected AI-assisted tools, to create clearer workflows, make better decisions, catch problems earlier, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
What You Will Do

  • Coordinate high-volume social-content approvals, feedback, revisions, deadlines, and final sign-off across Storm and client stakeholders
  • Prepare for recurring meetings, capture decisions and actions, and make sure follow-ups are completed
  • Project-manage smaller social campaigns, maintaining clear timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, assets, and risks
  • Keep client files, episode deliveries, social-account access, permissions, and related operational processes organised and up to date
  • Maintain shared trackers, calendars, and documentation so priorities, deadlines, blockers, and responsibilities remain visible
  • Chase inputs, surface risks early, escalate blockers appropriately, and keep work moving across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Keep operational processes, templates, contacts, and handover information current so work is reliable and repeatable

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience supporting client operations, social-content workflows, project delivery, account teams, or another fast-moving environment involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approval routes
  • Strong organisation across multiple workstreams, deadlines, approval paths, versions, and dependencies
  • High ownership and a proactive approach to keeping work moving
  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn scattered feedback or ambiguous requests into concise actions, owners, and decisions
  • Experience preparing for recurring meetings, producing useful recaps, and following actions through to completion
  • Confidence coordinating high-volume approval workflows involving internal teams, senior stakeholders, legal review, or multiple revision rounds
  • Practical experience with file-management and project-management systems such as Box, Monday.com, Airtable, spreadsheets, or comparable tools
  • Good judgement about when to follow up, when to challenge, when to escalate, and when a decision sits outside your authority
  • A calm and dependable approach when work is late, unclear, blocked, or changing quickly
  • Confidence using modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools where appropriate, to prepare, organise, check, and follow through on work
  • Good judgement around checking AI-assisted outputs and handling confidential information carefully

What Success Looks Like

  • Approvals move through the correct stakeholders with accurate statuses, complete feedback, and no lost decisions
  • Meetings are properly prepared, decisions are clearly documented, actions have owners, and follow-up happens without repeated prompting
  • Campaign teams can quickly see the latest milestones, assets, versions, risks, approvals, and delivery status
  • Client and agency teams trust the operational picture because updates are clear, details are accurate, and blockers are raised early
  • Episode deliveries, files, account access, and recurring operational tasks are organised and dependable
  • Important context carries cleanly between Storm and client meetings rather than being lost between teams
  • Scope changes are made visible and discussed rather than quietly absorbed into the role
  • You do not wait for someone else to notice that something is slipping; you identify it, make it visible, and help drive it towards resolution

This Role Will Suit You If

  • You enjoy the operational side of social and campaign work: coordination, approvals, meetings, systems, timing, and follow-through
  • You like bringing order to work that spans many people, tools, and deadlines
  • You are naturally good at keeping track of details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • You communicate warmly and clearly while still being willing to chase, challenge, and escalate
  • You like being the person who knows where things stand and what needs to happen next
  • You are comfortable working independently within clear boundaries and asking precise questions when authority or scope is unclear
  • You take satisfaction from making complicated workflows more reliable and easier for other people to work within

What It's Like To Work Here

Modern Tech Stack
We use modern collaboration, file-management, project-management, social-platform, password-management, and AI-enabled workflow tools to support our teams and clients.

Agility and Openness for Ideas
We actively encourage people to improve how work is organised and delivered. Operating with the agility of a growing company alongside the support of an established organisation means we value practical ideas, quick problem-solving, and strong follow-through.

Team-based
This is a dedicated, embedded role working closely with both Storm Ideas and client stakeholders. You will work with the Account Manager, strategy leads, production teams, and other client and agency stakeholders, with clear escalation routes for decisions and approvals.

Flexibility
Storm is a remote-first company. This particular role requires consistent working hours aligned to Pacific Time, currently expected to be approximately 9:00am–5:30pm PT, Monday to Friday.

Recruitment Process

Online video interview with short recorded answers to role-relevant questions.
First interview with Account Management leadership or the recruitment team
Practical exercise based on realistic operational inputs, asking you to produce a prioritised action plan and client update and explain how you used and checked the tools that supported your work, including AI where relevant
Second interview and exercise review with a senior leader
And that's it!

Not sure you tick every box? Apply anyway if this sounds like how you already work. We are more interested in your operational judgement, reliability, follow-through, and ability to use modern tools well than in a perfect traditional CV.
