Salary range (but not limited to):
101,800 - 124,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Citrix administrator (OnPrem and DaaS) with working knowledge of Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and administering Citrix environments, as well as a strong background in deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructures.
What you'll do here:
Manage and administer Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud environments.
Manage the deployment, patching, and administration of Citrix environment (ELM / AppLayering), GPO, FsLogix rules and cloud-based resources (Azure) to enhance platform reliability and performance.
Optimize the performance of Citrix and Azure systems, including the implementation of monitoring and tuning strategies to ensure an optimal user experience.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix farms and associated infrastructure, including ELM, XenServer and Provisioning Services (PVS).
Evaluate and optimize IT systems to align with and advance business objectives.
Participate in Citrix implementation and cloud migration projects.
Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues related to the Citrix environment, including Level 3 incidents.
Collaborate with security team to maintain Citrix infrastructures by implementing security policies and conducting regular audits.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of environments and business processes.
Train and mentor junior IT team members on best practices and technologies.
Work closely with development, networking, and security teams to ensure the integration and harmonization of solutions across the IT ecosystem
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Citrix administrator.
Proficient in Citrix products, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Studio, App-layering, and Provisioning Services.
Good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and virtual environments.
Citrix certification (CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V) is highly desired.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), and related cloud platforms.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
