Job Responsibilities:
- Manage execution, liquidity, and exposure while supporting all aspects of the trading desk.
- Conduct pre-trade analysis, research index constituent changes, and design optimal strategies for large trades.
- Evaluate market developments to provide clients with accurate information.
- Contribute to revenue and client franchise; exploit revenue opportunities and minimize loss potential.
- Leverage technology and analytics for client execution and idea generation.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and being responsive.
- Establish competence with clients around executing trades.
- Understand market drivers, market moves, and possess a thorough understanding of fundamental and technical aspects of the market.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Trading or similar role.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Ability to balance analytical and technical skills with proven instinct.
- Exhibit sound judgment under pressure and maintain composure in challenging trading environments.
- Communicate concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally and in documentation.
- Discuss understanding of market variables and their impacts on products.
- Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments; provide a solution-based framework to business practice and clients.

- Employ industry knowledge to interpret news and developments.
- Leverage programming and coding skills to enhance daily workflows and develop trade ideas/trends
- Understand firm's approach and policies for managing risks and follow applicable legal and regulatory rules.
