Job Description :

We are looking for a visionary and people-focused Marketing Chapter Lead to join the Chapter Area - Marketing. In this role, you will be at the heart of our agile transformation, leading the marketing craft and nurturing a culture of marketing excellence. You will be a key leader in our organization, coaching and mentoring our Marketing Leads  who are deployed across various squads.

Your core mission is to empower our marketing professionals to build and deliver high-impact campaigns and strategies that create significant value for our customers and business.
You will act as a coach, mentor, and functional leader, applying your deep expertise in modern marketing, performance, and brand strategy to build a high-performing team.

This leadership position requires more than just marketing proficiency. We're looking for a genuine servant leader who understands the nuance of the customer journey and is comfortable navigating complex business challenges. You should be adept at framing market opportunities, validating messaging, and guiding your team to communicate a brand vision in a clear and compelling way.

In our model, you will excel at both how we build and what we build.

Responsibilities

The "How": People, Practices, and Capability (70%)

  • Elevate Our Talent: As a direct line manager and mentor, you are responsible for the continuous growth of your chapter members. You'll work with each person to create a personalized growth path, identifying opportunities for skill development (e.g., SEO/SEM, Content, Automation) and future career progression.

  • Architect Our Practices: You will partner with colleagues to define and evolve our Marketing Ways of Working. This includes establishing best practices for campaign orchestration, brand consistency, and marketing frameworks that empower every person in your chapter to deliver high-quality work.

  • Drive Learning: You will lead a learning agenda, identifying skill gaps in the ever-evolving marketing landscape. This involves organizing training on several topics such as (Briefs, organizing tickets in Jira, MarTech tools, data privacy regulations, etc.) and driving creative workshops to ensure our people stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Create a Continuous Feedback Loop: You will establish a strong, collaborative feedback loop with the Product Owners/Crew Leads who work with your chapter members. This ensures that performance conversations are informed by a holistic view—combining your understanding of their marketing craft with the Squad’s perspective on their day-to-day delivery.

  • Shape Our Future: You will assess the capabilities within your chapter to help inform workforce planning and recruitment strategies, ensuring we have the right mix of creative and analytical talent.

The "What": Hands-on Contribution (30%)

  • Serve as an active, hands-on member of an agile squad, contributing directly to the squad's growth goals and marketing deliverables.

  • Transform market insights and business goals into a compelling marketing strategy and integrated channel plan.

  • Propose solutions to address customer acquisition and retention challenges, both individually and through the work of your chapter.

  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to guide your chapter in delivering impactful, data-driven marketing solutions.

  • Lead and facilitate weekly results meetings with Product Owners and Crew Leads
