This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A strategic storyteller, a relentless executioner, and a trusted advisor.  We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager (Canada) to take comprehensive ownership of our Canadian Service Provider (SP) and channel relationships.

In this highly visible role, you will lead all marketing management and operations across Canada. As the dedicated marketing authority for this region, you will bridge the gap between RingCentral’s cutting-edge AI portfolio and our partners, directing full-lifecycle marketing initiatives—from high-impact customer events, to robust sales enablement and localized demand generation campaigns.

If you are a bilingual, self-motivated marketing leader who thrives on building deep relationships and executing diverse, end-to-end marketing strategies, this is your next big opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Partner Ownership: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Canadian service providers; collaborate on comprehensive, tailored marketing strategies spanning events, digital programs, content creation, and co-branded campaigns.

  • AI-Driven Demand Generation: Develop and execute localized marketing activities (including account-based marketing, regional events, and promotions) to accelerate the sales pipeline and drive new revenue.

  • Sales Enablement & Activation: Leverage modern AI sales tools to create high-impact training materials, deliver live solution demonstrations, and manage sales programs, blitzes, and dealer events that empower partner sales teams.

  • Go-To-Market & Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of regional GTM plans for new product releases, features, and localized messaging in both English and Canadian French.

  • Customer Advocacy & Content: Collaborate with partners to identify and build compelling customer case studies, testimonials, and targeted sales pitches that elevate brand awareness.

  • Relationship Management: Build deeply trusted, cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of channel programs and operations.

  • Marketing ROI Optimization: Establish, track, and analyze KPIs for all Canadian marketing initiatives, utilizing data to maximize ROI and optimize future spend.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both English and Canadian French is strictly required to support regional contracts.

  • Channel Expertise: 2+ years of proven experience in channel, partner, or field marketing, ideally within SaaS, UCaaS, telecom, or AI-driven communication solutions.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Canadian telecom landscape, operator ecosystems, channel partner dynamics, and regional market competition.

  • Presentation Excellence: Strong ability to deliver engaging live solution demonstrations and tailor messaging on the fly for specific audience use cases.

  • Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building credibility with executive-level stakeholders and dealer networks alike.

  • Autonomy & Mobility: A proactive self-starter who thrives in an independent environment while staying aligned with global teams.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% across Canada to engage with partners and attend events.

What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Medical, dental, and vision

  • Health care spending account

  • Disability and life insurance

  • Optional life, AD&D and spousal insurance

  • Group retirement savings plan and deferred profit sharing plan

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

  • Telehealth service and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 24/7 counseling sessions

  • On-demand digital 1:1 wellness coaching

  • Supplemental Business Travel Medical

  • Leave entitlements, paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays
