Project Description

The client through the Environment and Protected Areas (EPA) ministry is modernizing its regulatory ecosystem by consolidating multiple disconnected platforms into a single integrated Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS). The project focuses on digital transformation, modernization of regulatory operations, process standardization, and improving stakeholder experience for both internal staff and external users.

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will support change planning and adoption activities across multiple DRAS releases, ensuring users are prepared for new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role emphasizes communication, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, adoption monitoring, and post-release feedback analysis.

Mandatory Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification (mandatory)
  • Mandatory Experience Requirements (5+ Years)
Communications & Presentations
  • Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations for multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience preparing stakeholder-facing materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting key messages and organizational communications
