Context

We are a service and support center for the Career Network sales force. The goal of the Specialty – Savings team is to provide complete and coordinated handling of requests from the sales force (calls and emails) to facilitate their administrative sales activities related to individual savings and retirement.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Career Network Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:

Service:

  • Respond accurately to requests to assist the sales force with administrative processes related to individual savings, in compliance with manufacturer processes and Cabinet obligations for sales or transactions on active contracts (excluding any advisory role on products or taxation).

  • Understand the needs of the sales force and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Handle more complex files by working closely with manufacturer teams.

Administration:

  • Validate that Cabinet files (client files) are complete.

  • Complete ongoing training to stay up to date on new internal policies and procedures and master systems effectively.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a college diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field and has 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Is recognized for autonomy and excellent customer service.

  • Excels at building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates strong adaptability to change, a positive team spirit, and a proactive attitude.

  • Is comfortable with new technologies.

  • Has an intermediate level of French and English, as you will handle a wide variety of calls, respond to complex requests and questions verbally and by email in French and in English, and frequently interact with unilingual French and English-speaking advisors and partners across Canada daily or several times per week.

Additional details

  • Hybrid work model (2 days per month in the office).

  • 35-hour work week, rotating schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Friday).

  • Clientele: Sales force.
