What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions across LATAM, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring compliance with global CX procedures and regional nuances.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria tailored to the LATAM talent market.
- Manage internal offer processes via Workday and support external candidate negotiations, including compensation and benefits discussions.
- Promote the company's employer brand and benefits programme to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs aligned with global and regional CX targets.
- Implement strategic sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, networking, and digital outreach, to build strong pipelines of professionals.
- Participate in global and regional CX projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and technology adoption.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably supporting external recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, market mapping, and candidate engagement practices.
- Fluency in Portuguese and full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English are required.
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and influence hiring decisions.
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex recruitment priorities across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with LATAM labor markets, talent landscape, and regional recruitment dynamics.
- Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking / HR systems.
