- Partner cross-functionally with content, digital, marketing operations, product marketing, sales, and leadership to translate priorities into effective campaign activity.
- Manage assigned campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
- Help define campaign KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Track and analyze global campaign performance; share insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.
- Gather feedback from regional teams and stakeholders to continuously improve campaign execution.
- Monitor full-funnel performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to increase engagement and conversion.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders on progress, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the demand generation team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in campaign execution or demand generation.
- Strong understanding of global campaign development, digital channels, and top-of-funnel lead generation.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or a related industry is an asset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
