WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers
  • Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory, fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Promote special offers and product campaigns — including time-sensitive promotions, marketing-driven campaigns, and expiring inventory opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Participate in special projects and events, including conventions, national sales meetings, branch events, and product training sessions

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience (sales experience is preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and courteous phone manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI an asset)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conventions, or local events
