The role we are offering you: 

 

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support an engineer and/or a senior pilot in tests’ development and execution on simulators. Are you ready to: 

 

  • Participate in the development of full-flight simulators’ acceptance and qualification documents, under the supervision of a test engineer 

  • Perform functionality tests on various aircraft systems in simulators 

  • Communicate tests’ results to engineers working on the simulator’s design and integration 

  • Create/improve test documents in order to optimize simulators’ acceptance and qualification 

 

Our ideal candidate has: 

 

  • Strong interest demonstrated for aviation and license in piloting an aircraft 

  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously 

  • Leadership and communication skills 

  • Bilingualism in both French and English is required 

 

Preferred Education 

  • Pursuing degree in electrical, physical or mechanical engineering (a specialization in aeronautical would be an asset), 3rd or 4th year completed 

 

Location of the internship is CAE Montréal. 

 

Internship will be carried out hybrid mode. 

 

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.  

 

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
