The RoleCapco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and emerging AI technologies to support strategic security initiatives for leading financial institutions. This role combines strong business analysis capabilities with technical cybersecurity knowledge, enabling you to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams while helping organizations strengthen their security posture and explore AI-driven opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Partner with security, technology, and business stakeholders to enhance vulnerability management processes and controls.
- Assess security risks, identify gaps, and support remediation planning and execution.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within cybersecurity workflows and operations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, maintain project documentation, and support successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Advanced experience in business analysis within cybersecurity-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and security risk assessment methodologies.
- Understanding of AI applications and emerging technologies within cybersecurity operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working within financial services, banking, or highly regulated environments.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Knowledge of cloud security, threat management, or security operations practices.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project frameworks.
- Experience working with AI-driven security tooling or automation platforms.
- Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
