We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our growing Product Operations team. In this role, you will support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our advertising platform and affiliate network, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with a strong learning curve and meaningful opportunities to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage daily ad operations activities to ensure smooth, consistent, and reliable execution across assigned responsibilities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, assessing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues or requests in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or investigate root causes to drive effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, sales, and product to share insights and drive operational improvements.
- Participate in regular meetings to align priorities, progress, and blockers.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and optimize operational workflows, tools, and processes.
- Monitor trends, flag risks, and proactively propose solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Contribute to ongoing and ad hoc operational projects, including risk mitigation initiatives, process improvements, and tool optimization.
- Support operational initiatives and cross-team projects.
- Take ownership of a defined portion of daily ad operations and continuously improve its performance.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in business operations, product operations, ad operations, customer operations, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer service mindset with experience handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact and operational improvements.
Nice to haves:
- Undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Google’s Better Ads Standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with ad operations, digital advertising platforms, or affiliate networks.
