About Think Zone

Think Zone is a growing education company providing personalized Math and English learning experiences for K–8 students across the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are looking for a motivated and high-potential Business Management Trainee who is excited to learn, take ownership, and grow with an entrepreneurial team.

Based on your strengths, interests, and business needs, you will develop primarily within one of three tracks:

Growth & Product
  • Help increase Think Zone’s visibility through social media and other marketing channels

  • Explore new customer acquisition, partnership, and business development opportunities

  • Support new programs, products, and growth initiatives

  • Help improve enrollment and customer experience

People & Talent
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives

  • Help develop training and support programs for tutors and Center Managers

  • Work with frontline teams to improve training processes and team effectiveness

Business Expansion & Operations
  • Support day-to-day learning center operations and business performance

  • Work with Center Managers on student enrollment, parent experience, and operational improvements

  • Support new center launches and future market expansion

  • Help develop scalable and repeatable operating processes

Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required; new graduates and early-career candidates are welcome

  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Interested in education, business, marketing, people development, or operations

  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, but not required

  • Experience in education, marketing, operations, recruiting, training, or business development is helpful, but not required

Work Location & Schedule

This is a fully onsite position based primarily at our Santa Clara office.

Regular Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Saturday is a regular working day for this position.

Think Zone operates eight learning centers across the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Candidates currently located in the Bay Area or able to commute to Santa Clara are preferred.
