The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department is responsible for modernizing and simplifying business performance monitoring, producing control panels and making recommendations based on key performance indicators for the entire Personal Services Executive Division, and specifically the Caisse Network Division. As a business intelligence senior advisor in the caisse network, you propose and influence performance monitoring through data leveraging. You identify relevant indicators with our partners, help prioritize initiatives and coordinate deliverables. You propose and develop work methods and model data structures. Finally, you advise the network and act as a leader to get stakeholders involved in the data valorization projects in which you participate. More specifically, you will be required to:

Analyze and identify user needs and work on complex data valorization initiatives, taking into account the specifics of their operationalization and ensuring coordination during the rollout.

Develop and update data visualization reports and tools with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity to guide the caisse network’s strategic decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, anticipate underlying impacts of changes and make improvements to data management tools.

Serve as a specialist advisor to help the Caisse Network Division understand, influence and prioritize the needs, and identify solutions in terms of data valorization and interpretation.

Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analyses for a wide range of complex initiatives and make recommendations to decision-making bodies, with a focus on data valorization.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in data management and/or data valorization

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Knowledge of French is required

Proficiency in advanced analysis techniques, data summarization and plain language

Knowledge of data modelling

Knowledge of SAS, SQL and Power BI tools

In-depth knowledge of the caisse network

Knowledge of complex databases
