We are looking for an up-and-coming Business Development representative to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch to close
  • Building and managing a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth
  • Developing tailored, customer-centric sales pitches and strategies for new advertisers
  • Presenting TrafficJunky solutions to meet client objectives and deliver ROI
  • Representing TraffickJunky at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership in the market
  • Actively search for and attract new advertisers, agencies, and partner platforms across all industries both adult and non adult
  • Deliver presentations and conduct negotiations with potential clients
  • Prospect, Pitch and Identify partners’ needs and offer relevant solutions
  • Guide clients from the first contact to the introduction to an onboarding specialist
  • Track funnel KPIs, run follow-ups, and re-engage prospects
  • Actively hunting for new advertisers by cold Pitches, Forums, Telegram Groups, and events
  • Track all customer interactions and key milestones in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date and actionable records.
  • Build strong long-term client relationships, understanding each advertiser’s business model, growth goals, and industry vertical.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • 3-5 years in a Business Development role at an Ad Network, DSP, Performance Agency, CPA Network
  • A network of contacts in Adult and Non-Adult related industries ( Igaming, Ecom, Lead Generation) be a huge plus
  • Experience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Passion to hunt, educate and sell
  • The commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
  • Analytical skills : Proficient in Excel (advanced functions) and familiar with BI tools (PowerBI, Harmony, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts and motivate a diverse, global client base.
  • Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, ready to support clients with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
  • Ability to interpret data, translate insights into action, and present recommendations to internal teams and executives.
  • A passion for digital advertising, analytics, and working in a collaborative, high-growth setting.

Nice to haves:

  • Worked with Igaming Products and or Lead Generation Products
  • Adult industry knowledge and or affiliate marketing knowledge
  • Working on a medium or large company size
  • Statistics or Math related education background
  • Worked an Affiliate Network
