At Puulse Marketing, we’re looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—introducing our services, sparking interest, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a full-time remote position working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. If you’re motivated by results, enjoy speaking with people, and want to build a career in sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls using our power dialer system
  • Engage with potential clients and introduce our services
  • Qualify leads and identify strong opportunities
  • Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Represent Puulse Marketing with professionalism and energy

What We Offer

  • Earning Potential: $1,000+ USD/month on average
  • Top Performers: $1,500+ USD/month (uncapped commission)

Schedule

  • Full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)
  • Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Computer or laptop with updated software
  • Quality headset for clear calls
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and dialers (training provided)
