Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire du développement des affaires pour nous aider à développer notre base de clients. Vous serez responsable de concevoir et appliquer des stratégies de ventes efficaces, d’acquérir et gérer les relations avec les nouveaux clients, d’augmenter les revenus liés aux nouvelles ententes en communiquant avec les clients éventuels par le biais de la génération de pistes, de l’indication et de la prospection de clientèle. Vous devrez développer et mettre en œuvre des plans commerciaux et des stratégies pour préserver et augmenter le revenu lié à notre base de clients existante et aux opportunités d’attirer des clients éventuels dans des territoires déterminés. Vous deviendrez un expert en la matière de nos produits d’entreprise, des activités commerciales et vous vous tiendrez à jour sur le plan des actualités liées à l’industrie. Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les équipes des ventes afin de concevoir des propositions de contrat gagnantes et procéder à la recherche de clients éventuels. Vous identifierez les clients dans le marché ciblé et effectuerez les recherches appropriées sur l’entreprise et les besoins du client éventuel.

Vos futures tâches

  • Soutenir et développer agressivement de nouveaux comptes, déployer et veiller aux lancements reliés aux nouveaux clients et les assister dans le processus d’intégration.

  • Évaluer rapidement l’industrie des clients, les besoins des clients, repérer les occasions et les possibilités d’influencer EFX et les solutions pour partenaires.

  • Repérer les preneurs de décisions internes concernant la clientèle et établir une crédibilité des cadres supérieurs.

  • Gérer de nouvelles campagnes marketing, soutenir les campagnes liées aux ventes et les campagnes des ventes liées aux partenariats.

  • Soutenir efficacement les campagnes des ventes sur le terrain comme les concessionnaires, les courtiers hypothécaires, les prêteurs, les coopératives de crédit, etc. 

Expérience requise

  • Présenter des idées et des informations de façon concise, claire et persuasive, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Informer les autres et pratiquer des techniques d’écoute efficaces.

  • Être capable de répondre aux besoins des clients de manière professionnelle et courtoise. Comprendre les besoins des clients et agir de manière proactive afin de répondre à ces besoins.

  • Travailler efficacement avec les autres, se montrer sensible aux besoins et aux sentiments des autres afin que les deux parties soient satisfaites de l’interaction et des résultats obtenus.

  • S’efforcer d’établir et de maintenir des relations positives avec les clients, en contribuant à l’atteinte d’un objectif établi.

Synopsis of the role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be responsible for creating and applying an effective sales strategy. Acquire and Manage new client relationships. Increase New Business revenues by reaching out to the prospect via lead generation, referrals or prospecting. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue within existing customer base as well as prospective customer opportunities within assigned territories. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, sales operations and remain up to date with industry news. Partner with Sales teams to create contract winning proposals and prospective clients. Identify client’s in the targeted market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and client’s needs.

What you’ll do

  • Support and aggressively develop new accounts, deploy and launch new customers and assist in the boarding process.

  • Quickly assess client industry, client needs, identify business gaps and opportunities to influence on Equifax and partner solutions.

  • Identify clients' internal decision makers and establish Executive Credibility.

  • Manage new business marketing campaigns, support sales campaigns and partnership sales campaigns.

  • Effectively support Field sales campaigns such as Dealers, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Credit Unions etc.

  • Ability to present ideas and information concisely, clearly and persuasively, both orally and written. Keeping others informed and practicing effective listening techniques.

  • Ability to respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner. To understand the needs of the customer and be proactive in meeting those needs.

  • Work effectively with others, showing sensitivity to the needs and feelings of others, so both parties are satisfied with inter-action and results achieved.

  • Strive to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, contributing to the success in achieving a set objective.
