VOICI VOTRE CONTRIBUTION:

  • Établir et entretenir activement des relations, nouvelles et existantes, avec divers publics cibles pour faire croître les ventes et repérer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires. Cela peut se faire en établissant des relations avec les prêteurs, les avocats/notaires, les courtiers immobiliers et les groupes de l’industrie de l’assurance titres afin de développer nos activités résidentielles et commerciales.

  • Acquérir une compréhension claire du marché ou du secteur désigné en effectuant des examens réguliers des forces, des faiblesses, des occasions et des menaces. Analyser le marché pour repérer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires et de nouveaux concepts.

  • Redéfinir de façon proactive les stratégies de vente pour anticiper l’évolution de la conjoncture économique afin de repérer et de saisir les occasions.

  • Être motivé à reconnaître continuellement les concurrents de l’industrie et à communiquer les renseignements pertinents à l’équipe Ventes.

  • S’engager à entretenir des relations positives avec tous les clients en leur offrant du soutien et des conseils, en leur fournissant des renseignements sur les produits et les processus, en enquêtant sur les problèmes et en contribuant à l’élaboration de solutions pour assurer la satisfaction totale de la clientèle.

VOS COMPÉTENCES:

  • Formation juridique : notaire, avocat ou technicien juridique avec expérience.

  • Expérience en assurance titres, un atout.

  • Experience en immobilier et ou en financement hypothécaire résidentiel.

  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en vente dynamique et sur la route.

  • Forte orientation client avec la capacité de trouver des clients potentiels, de créer des pistes, de faire croître les affaires et de gérer les comptes, tout en favorisant des relations étroites avec les clients et en générant de nouvelles ventes pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels.

  • Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature des fonctions et de la nécessité de communiquer efficacement avec des clients et des partenaires internes anglophone.

  • Ability to aggressively develop and maintain new and existing relationships with various target audiences to help grow sales and identify new business opportunities. This can be achieved by establishing relationships with lenders, lawyers, realtors, and constituencies of the title insurance related industry, to build both our residential and commercial business.

  • Knack to develop clear understanding and awareness of the designated market/area by conducting regular reviews of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). Scan the market for new business opportunities and new concepts.

  • Skilled at proactively realigning sales strategies to anticipate changing economic conditions in order to identify and capture opportunities.

  • Motivated to continually recognize competitors in the industry and share relevant information with the sales team.

  • Committed to maintaining positive relationships with all customers by providing support and guidance, product/process information, investigating problems, and assisting in the development of solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Title Insurance experience is an asset.

  • Legal training is considered an asset, such as a notary, lawyer, or legal technician with relevant experience.

  • Experience in real estate and/or residential mortgage financing.

  • A minimum of five years of dynamic, field-based sales experience.

  • A strong customer focus with the ability to prospect, create leads, grow the business and manage accounts while fostering close account relationships and generating new sales to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role and the necessity to communicate effectively with English speaking clients and internal partners.



Total Direct Compensation:

95,300 - 145,300

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
