Our Business Development Managers work hard to generate new business and foster solid relationships with external partners. They identify, investigate, and develop new business opportunities that contribute to Northbridge Financial’s growth and success.

They are passionate about the relationships they have with our Brokers. They work closely to foster those partnerships while monitoring and reviewing results to ensure that we are maintaining strong profitability.  Our BDMs also work hard to attract new clients to add to our network – strategically targeting specific types of business.

They utilize their strong analytical skills to analyze results, view trends, and identify growth opportunities using market data. This work greatly contributes to our long-term success.

In other words, they’re awesome.  If you are too, consider joining our Sales & Distribution team!

You’re great at:

  • Developing and fostering exceptional relationships

  • Planning, organizing, and managing multiple demands

  • Working with a long-term perspective in addressing or business needs

You have:

  • 7+ years in the Property + Casualty industry in a Business Development role

  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, insurance laws, and sales concepts

  • A strong understanding of business strategy

We’re great at putting you first by:

  • Prioritizing your well-being (Wellness Program, flexible health benefits, employee assistance)

  • Promoting balance (flexible schedules, generous time off, and work from home options)

  • Supporting your financial health (employee share purchase plan, pension plans, discount on staff insurance)

  • Helping you grow in your career (education assistance, internal mobility)

  • Caring about the community and the causes you believe in (donation matching, team volunteering)
