Job Overview


Easy Outsource looking for an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our client base across the Outsourcing and Staffing industries. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to sell solutions, services, and talent, build long-term client partnerships, and consistently drive revenue.

As a BDM, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and translate client needs into effective outsourcing or staffing solutions that deliver real impact.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the outsourcing and staffing markets

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets

Outsourcing Solutions Focus

  • Sell end-to-end outsourcing services, not just headcount

  • Understand client business processes and recommend tailored solutions such as:

    • Customer support / call center operations

    • IT and software services

    • Accounting, payroll, and finance operations

    • HR and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)

    • Marketing and digital services

  • Present value propositions centered on cost efficiency, quality, scalability, and long-term impact

  • Support contracts involving service agreements, SLAs, and project-based engagements

  • Build long-term partnerships that drive client retention and recurring revenue

Staffing Solutions Focus

  • Sell talent solutions including temporary, permanent, and contract staffing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure fast turnaround and quality candidate delivery

  • Negotiate billing rates, markups, and placement fees

  • Maintain high client satisfaction through successful placements and strong fill rates

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their evolving business needs

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to support repeat business and upselling opportunities

  • Track client performance metrics and proactively address issues or growth opportunities

  • Revenue growth and pipeline performance

  • Client acquisition and retention

  • Recurring contracts and long-term engagements

  • Number of successful placements (staffing)

  • Service volume, contract profitability, and SLA performance (outsourcing)





Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales-focused role

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Outsourcing and/or Staffing Industry

  • Proven experience selling:

    • Outsourcing services (BPO, shared services, offshore/nearshore solutions), and/or

    • Staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, or contract placements)

  • Strong understanding of client needs, solution-based selling, and consultative sales approaches

  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and analytics

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal recruitment and operations teams
