If you’ve been dreaming about being one of the first team members of a growing business, wearing a lot of hats, and making a direct impact, this is your chance.

All About Zebricks

Launched in 2024, Zebricks is one of Lumerate’s newest solutions. We’re changing the way pharma, medtech, and service providers embed and operationalize patient advocacy engagements across their business. We deliver curated, real-time intelligence on patient advocacy groups worldwide so our clients can turn ongoing insights into action.

Now that we’re growing our commercial operations, we need our very first business development managers to build the foundation of our engine and help us scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the full sales cycle within your assigned accounts and opportunities from generating new leads from scratch to closing deals and ensuring a smooth hand-off to customer success.

Your focus: build and manage your own sales pipeline through targeted outreach, deliver on quarterly new logo MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets, and help shape our commercial strategy.

  • Share prospect feedback to validate our current strategic approach and inform our future roadmap.
  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure customers are getting the desired value from Zebricks that they were promised
What we’d love to see in your previous work experience:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling into the pharma or medtech industry.
  • Proven success closing deals with both SMEs and enterprise accounts (typical sales cycles 2–8 months).
  • Familiarity with the various functions inside a pharma company (e.g., medical affairs, market access, government affairs, etc).
  • Experience collaborating with or volunteering for patient advocacy groups.
  • A track record of exceeding targets compared to peers.
  • Skilled at sourcing your own leads.
  • Experience preparing for and attending industry conferences.
  • Experience building a strong personal brand by sharing relevant, valuable content on platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Knows how to identify risks early in a deal and mitigate them.
  • Is self-driven, resilient, and comfortable bridging knowledge gaps independently.
  • Thinks strategically and approaches problems with a methodical, evidence-based mindset.
  • Is tech-savvy and open to experimenting with tools to improve the sales process.
  • Can create and share thought leadership content on LinkedIn to boost our brand and industry presence.
