ELEKS is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates to join our regional team and to drive strategic growth and establish our presence in the region.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan tailored to the assigned region
  • Oversee the growth and operational success of the local office
  • Design and execute tailored engagement strategies for potential customers, considering the company’s unique sales propositions and market positioning
  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, social media, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, ensuring excellent customer engagement and communication
  • Collect, analyze, and provide customer feedback—both individual and aggregated—to Marketing, Product, and Services teams to refine sales offerings and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage Requests for Information with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain thorough records of all activities in the agreed tracking system, analyze performance metrics, and present results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience: at least 4 years of demonstrated success in a similar role
  • Sales and marketing expertise: in-depth understanding of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration techniques, and sales methodologies and control systems
  • Customer service acumen: strong understanding of local principles for delivering outstanding customer service, including conducting customer needs assessments, ensuring adherence to quality service standards, and evaluating and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Technical knowledge: familiarity with software development methodologies and IT project management frameworks.
  • Business and management proficiency: solid grasp of business principles, including strategic planning and resource management, human resources modeling and leadership strategies, and effective coordination of people and resources to meet organizational objectives.
  • Language skills: advanced proficiency in English and Arabic
